MP Design acts as a carpentry, framing, and drywall subcontractor to major developers, providing rough and finish carpentry and framing for multimillion-dollar building complexes. We have a deep diversified bench of experienced workers and project managers on our team.

MP Design Consulting is a one stop shop general contractor. We have been working with our in-house trades for over two decades; priding ourselves on long-standing relationships. We serve residential, commercial, and new construction clients from the ground up. For any client, we can remodel, restore, and renovate as well as demo and build brand new.

Private Development

MP Design demos and constructs new luxury residences. We also convert existing brownstones and townhouses into high-quality, well-designed condominiums at low cost. We hire architects to do the layouts and then work on interiors from soup to nuts.

Brownstone renovation is one of our specialties. MP Design has worked on over two hundred brownstone restorations, including landmarks, stripping these historic buildings down to their original woodwork, bringing in new hardware, perfecting front facades and wainscotting, creating impeccable flooring, and getting fireplaces fully operational.
