Full Gut Renovation & Duplex Combination
This full-scale gut renovation transformed two vertically adjacent residential units into a unified luxury penthouse residence. The project involved extensive coordination, including core drilling to connect the two levels and the installation of a custom iron staircase to create a seamless vertical connection between spaces.

The renovation included complete interior reconstruction with new framing, custom kitchen installations, luxury bathroom renovations, detailed tilework, and the integration of skylights to maximize natural light throughout the residence.

Serving as both General Contractor and performing the carpentry scope in-house, we managed all phases of the project from demolition through completion. Our team coordinated all trades, maintained project execution, and delivered the final finishes with a focus on craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail.
